CAPAIAN GROUP corporate history dated back to year 2002, where the beginning named as “THYE HOE CONSTRUCTION (Company No.: 001361596 – M)”, and later on 4th November 2010, the company name is changed to CAPAIAN SEMARAK SDN BHD (Company No.: 920973 – T).
It was expanded significantly to become a group comprising with property development including property investment, construction and property management.
The company is established to either acquire land or joint venture with land owner to develop all type of properties.
